Jason is a seasoned engineering leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex, mission‑critical capabilities across the defence and electromagnetic spectrum domains. Current serving WO1 Artificer Sergeant Major in the British Army, Jason has built a career defined by technical integrity, systems thinking, and excellence in high‑reliability environments. His expertise spans electromagnetic compatibility, RADAR, EOIR, communications systems, and system‑of‑systems integration, supported by advanced academic qualifications where he studied an MSc in Military Electronic Systems Engineering at Cranfield University and a Global MBA. Jason is actively pursuing Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered Manager (CMgr) status, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
