EMT Consultants Group Ltd was founded in 2026 by Jason Bent MBA MSc, a WO1 Artificer Sergeant Major (still serving) with over two decades of experience delivering mission-critical engineering across defence, aerospace, and complex system-of-sytems environments. His career has been defined by technical integrity, safety, leadership, and precision - qualities that now underpin the consultancy's ethos.
